We have designed our site to empower our partners to put their best foot forward by showcasing their accommodations.  From the descriptions to the amenity selection, to the photo section, you will be able to illuminate what makes your property standout from the rest. 

We understand the importance of identifying opportunities of improvement and believe that providing real time data in a concise interface is imperative to the success of the partnership.  You will have access to your own unique dashboard that will deliver information around the parts of the business important to you. 

While technology provides tools for us to work together in an efficient, effective, and streamlined way, at 3Sixty we also value incorporating the human touch.  Representatives with our supply chain, guest services, reservations and accounting teams will always be just an email or phone call away to assist you with any questions that may arise.  Additionally, we have integrated messaging tools within the system to make this an intuitive and simple process. 

There is no network or bid fees to join our network. 

Corporate Relocation

We are a global organization and can manage properties globally. We are flexible and take on buildings and properties to suit everyone’s needs.

There is no fee to use our platform and any management fees are included in our rates. 

We have an extensive vetting process using Dun & Bradstreet, which uses data points for quality and compliance. In addition, we have supplier inspection forms that each supply partner must comply with.

We have 24hr coverage – with offices in the USA, APAC and EMEA. Our resolution process is to respond within four hours, and we have customer support associates specially trained to help any with any questions or issues.

We have steps for the selection and sourcing process for identifying corporate housing suppliers in our network. 3Sixty has a 50-point property sourcing due diligence checklist for all properties which covers all the items that we consider when determining the safest environment possible for our guests. This is our Safety & Security checklist that we use and that our suppliers must use when choosing properties for our network. It covers; fire alarms, smoke alarms, key-room systems, evacuation plans, video surveillance, exit signs, etc. 

We can arrange to set up direct billing or credit cards can be used. 

We work with many large global organizations and manage everything from interns stays, relocation moves, projects and business trips. 

We have a broad mix of clients from Technology, Finance, Government, Education, Media and more.

Yes. Once you have created an account/profile onto our platform, we are able to give you access to our Business Analytics data. 

In a crisis situation we are able to notify any travelers in any difficult location through our reporting data and feet on the ground through our partner network. 

Cancellation policies vary per supply partner, and this is also listed in our terms on our booking platform, however, the average time is 14 – 30 days, depending on location. 

This varies by location, but it can be from 1 day to 30 days.  

As you will be booking on the 3Sixty platform this will give you access to our extensive supply chain and because of the negotiations we have with them you will be getting the best market rate.  

Yes. The window will vary per supply partner and details will be shown in terms and conditions on the platform. 

Yes. We have an extensive inspection form for all arrivals, completed 24hrs prior to arrival. 

Yes, in most cases. Properties including a weekly housekeeping service and any additional housekeeping will be at extra charge.  

As we are an aggregator for alternative accommodation, we represent a multitude of property options from modern contemporary apartments, aparthotel, residential university rooms, homes, and hotels. 

This depends on individual properties, however, there is an additional pet fee charge.
