Gavin Morgan

Gavin became CEO of Reside in 2025, bringing a global perspective and a track record of leadership in real estate and operations. Prior to joining Reside, Gavin was a Managing Director at Westbridge Capital, where he focused on growth opportunities at the intersection of operations and real estate across the firm’s portfolio.

Earlier in his career, Gavin held senior leadership roles at both JLL and CBRE, spanning New York, Hong Kong, and London. At CBRE, he served as Head of Leasing for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. At JLL, he was Vice Chairman in New York and Managing Director (CEO) of the firm’s 900-person Hong Kong platform, later serving as Chief Operating Officer for Greater China. His deep industry knowledge and global experience position him to lead Reside into its next phase of growth and innovation.
